Randall Peeters was the eighth person in the world to climb the highest peaks on each continent, known as the seven summits. He is among an even more elite group to have also completed expeditions to the North Pole and South Pole. Many of these accomplishments came after experiencing numerous knee injuries and being diagnosed with severe degenerative osteoarthritis. Nearly two decades ago, Randall was told he needed knee replacement surgery. Learn more about his incredible journey.
Thirty years ago I injured my knee. My doctor suggested surgery or bracing. I opted for bracing at the time, thinking surgery would be inevitable down the road. I am now 30 years “down the road” and my Townsend knee brace keeps me active and pain free. My active lifestyle hasn’t had to suffer as a result of my injury and I have benefited from the non-invasive treatment knee bracing has to offer.
